The child and Family Development Program (CFDP) is a Department under Celebrate Hope Ministries. Through local churches, the department identifies vulnerable families from different villages in Kyotera and Rakai districts, in the southern part of Uganda and develops them to become sustainable.
Under this program, we initiate household improvement projects, mainly coffee. This crop being one of the leading cash crops in the country is grown by most people therefore, we think it’s a very good channel through which people’s livelihoods can be boosted. We are working with 3,003 families.
